1960 Ford F100 Driver Side Arm Rest

Need some help making sure my 1960 F100 interior is set up correctly. I recently ordered a new Driver side (left) arm rest but I received one that looks like its for the passenger side (right side). Below is the picture of my original arm rest on the Driver side door.

This next picture is from the side

Next picture is from a 1960 brochure showily the driver side arm rest

Unless my eyes deceive me - the arm rest on my truck is correct. I keep getting one for the passenger side when I order. I just want to make sure the one on my truck is correct and not on upside down.

Looks right in the picture to me I think this is the first one I have seen myself though

Same R & L armrests: 1959/60 Ford Passenger Cars - 1960/63 Falcon (except 1963 Sprint) - 1959/66 F100/1100 - 1963/66 N/NT/T500/1100.

Bill,

Are you saying the left and right side are the same? The one I received is a mirror image opposite of the original. If the thick end it toward the front, then I wold have to mount it upside down with the screw holes up top vice on the bottom.
