Just Got the cash what sct should I buy

Hello I am thinking of getting this in the next few days. Does the live wire have a egt prob option or do I need to set up an extra gauge for that?

Answered my own question so next question is. What is the best egt gauge. I was looking at the max tow 1500 egt gauge.

i've been leaning more and more toward the Edge CTS with EAS--that just seems to be a really seamless and clean set up-egt, psi-but who knows. The SCT livewire does have egt I've read but I think that's about it--again I could be wrong--been reading up on this stuff alot late at night lately (not much sleep) I think if and when I commit--I'll go with the Edge for the gauges and SCT for programming-but again--I'm green--like somebody else said--I'll change my mind 100 times before I actually get it done.

Yeah I have an edge juice with attitude CTS right now with the egt and EAS and fuel psi. I might be selling it for the price I can buy live wire and 3 tunes from gear head. So that's why I ask. I love my edge as gauges but think I want to go to custom tunes.

It is a shame. I've searched all over and haven't been able to find the info I would like to see.

One of the reasons im leaning toward something like that versus actual gauges--I can mount the monitor closer to my eyes

Can you tell me how many pid's you can chose from? Is it user friendly. And how do you select what time you want. Do you select why it's hooked up and then wait some? Thanks sorry for all the questions

We are SCT dealers James,, it's a tough sale to do the CTS with EGT n fuel psi and do an X4 for tunes (but that is what we are selling the most of right now). This stuff is expensive!!!

I just wish SCT would get the egt included with the livewire,, or at least have an add-on like Edge.

Yep it would be nice--one of them things you just have to bite the bullet and do it. After this initial run-might be another year before I hit it again lol. Do you know what all pids the Livewire will show?

Well I see their is some kind of jegs kit for the egt on the live wire. Wonder if they worked those bugs out.

I'm wondering now If I should have just kept the juice and add ons.

Yeah---that's what I've been coming up with. The Edge insight is needed for the gauges then you have to drop the cash on sct for tuning. SDS pretty much confirmed that--not cheap to do it up right it looks like.
