Hi Guys,


My name is Darin and I'm from Sydney Oz. I'm looking to buy an Econoline from the US and bring it back home to Oz (we didn't get these vans in Oz).


Is any one on the this site who might be able to help me to try and find one on the West Coast (California) to get it back to LA so I can get in shipped back to OZ?


I have on a couple of occasions tried to contact some people who have advertised an Econoline for sale in Califonia and they don't seem to be interested in sending me any info on their van.


I don't want anybody to do this for no charge and I'm happy to pay someone for their time to look at and check out. Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't already, you might want to post this in the Southern California chapter as well, since there are more people there and I would imagine, more Econolines. You did not specify what year, or years you are looking for, or whether you want a windowed van or a panel one. Also, any preference on engine, or transmission?

Im Looking for a 3rd gen Econoline Club wagon the one with Windows and seats not a cargo van (1979 -1986) 128 WB (short) or 138WB STD not the extended long ones . V8 engine 302 or 351 auto. I don't know which trans these come with maybe a C6
Any help would be much appreciated

79 to 86 I would imagine they came with the C6 also. I will check the local Craigslist and Autotrader.com to see if anything in those years is available.

Could not find any listed in the Fresno area Craigslist. Well keep checking back from time to time. Also, I am assuming you want the E150 and not the E250 right?
