Sorry. You should be able to just click on it. Works at my end.

My best guess is they were approved for use and manufactured in Canada.? Maybe US DOT did not approve of them.?
Just guessing here.

Bill, do you think that the C4TB 13450 B CPC 1 number that you said is the engineering number would have been changed to C4TZ 13450 B to become the part number for the right hand lens thus making the left hand lens C4TZ 13451 B. 0 designating right and 1 designating left? B designating chrome bezel and A designating no bezel on early production styleside beds since the styleside bed was new for 64 production.

I hope the information does help you locate another lens.

I have found the older parts and accessories books can be worth their weight in gold. Your situation is a prime example. You are wanting the original part, not the part that superseded the original.

My computer, this site, pictures and I do not get along. I would be glad to e-mail you a scan of the document I was referring to in my previous post. Just send me a PM.

Good point Roger. Another example is the '61 thru '70 F 100 horn button, early version was the gear and lightning bolt, then the Product of Ford Motor Company around the Ford oval, then the final version, the Ford oval. Guess what button you got from the Parts Dept. in 70's for your '61-'66 F 100? I commented on this lens in question back in Aug. 2014.https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post14570190

Man am I excited!!!!!!!! Just got off the phone with Rodney at NOS Ford parts. He sent me a picture of the lens he has part number C4TZ 13451 B and it is the one I am searching for! I will post a picture when I get home. Thank you thank you thank you, to everyone who helped me resolve this issue. I have been looking for the left side tail light ever since I found the right side one 3 years ago, just did not want to advertise it because I figured that it was a rare piece. I finally got desperate enough to ask the question. It will be here Friday.

Suh-Weeet!

Do wish we could have turned those up a couple years back when we were looking for a pair.

Again, congrats on the score.

Left tail light arrived today and I got them on. Here are pictures of left and right. I also found another place that had a left and right one so I ordered them also. Never know when you might need another set.

Personally I think these look better than the aluminum bezel that Ford replaced these with. The replacements look like an after thought.
