How to remove/replace F350 body mount insulators

My 2005 F350 crewcab needs rear body mount insulators. Does anyone know if I can just loosen the front mounts a hair and the center mounts an inch or so so I can jack up the rear of the cab to remove and replace the rear upper insulators? It looks like an inch and a half would give me the needed clearance. I tried to jack up the cab with the rear bolts removed and it wouldn't budge, although I didn't hardly put any pressure on it for fear of damaging something. Or, am I going about this all wrong?
