Part #'s needed for E99 CAC parts

Hey ya'll, i am in the process of getting parts to fit a 6.0 intercooler on the 97 7.3. I am looking for the part numbers for the E99 spyder, E99 intercooler pipes and the E99 boots. I just want to make sure i order the correct parts and the guy at the counter dosent end up ordering the wrong ones. Any input is greatly appreciated!

You are wanting new?

I hate to say it but even a banks kit will be cheaper in the long run.

Here's the boots and clamps...

Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit 99-03 - Riffraff Diesel Performance
Intercooler Boot Complete Clamp Kit 7.3L 99.5-03 - Riffraff Diesel Performance

For the spider, you will want to find something in a junkyard; cheapest one on ebay right now is $225; $784 from Ford!

Got the E99 spyder, what do folks use to block off the larger port and ports for the smaller lines? Also do i need E99 intercooler pipes or can i use any 7.3 intercooler pipes?

You can use any 7.3 and even 6.0 pipes, but they will all have to be modified.

My 7.3 pipes had to be lengthened. I plugged the holes with pipe plugs. I used a L99 spider though

Thanks for the quick responses! Will be ordering some 7.3 IC pipes, clamps and boots tomorrow. Also going to port and polish the E99 spyder, may not get much from it but free hp so why not? Just gotta find time to put everything in! Stock turbo is going to love me though... but hopefully wont be on there for long

Then why bother with all that stuff? If you do anything other than d66 it all won't work anymore.

Orginally the plan was to run a D66 with the injectors detuned for awhile intell i get the chunk for the S468 ($1100 vs $3500 for the kit). Just decided to do it right the first time inless the stock turbo takes a crap.

If your plan is to do an S468 turbo, then I wouldn't bother spending the money on E99 IC parts. With the S468 you will want to go to 3" plenums, so the spider and the piping won't work any more. I would put that money into a kit with the T4 mount and IC piping for the S468. Or you could buy the stuff to build your own mount and IC pipes and save some money both ways probably.
