There are a couple of stamped steel nuts holding each piece on, just remove those and GENTLY pry from the top or bottom of the trim piece and it should pop off. There are plastic clips that the trim snaps onto and those clips are clipped onto studs welded onto the body. I can't remember exactly which pieces have the nuts on them, it was quite a while ago that I did it.

Most all of them have the stamped nuts. The front fender has one In front of the marker light and one at the back. If you open the door you can see it in there. The door has one front and back. and the Bed has one about a foot or so back from the front and one rear of the marker light. The race Track chrome Has several and there are some up behind the Rear fender well thats a pain to get too.
