1993 F-150 Transmission Problem

Hi everyone, my problem started a few weeks ago when i lost 1st and 2nd gear, its a 5 speed manual tranny, but i would pout it in 1st or 2nd and i could let the clutch all the way out and it wouldn't stall and when id press the gas the rpm's would just go up, so for a while i was just relying on 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear to get me around, now the truck is doing the same thing in every gear including reverse, has anyone else had this problem or have a solution?

My 93 Ranger w/187000 miles did that at about 65mph. But I did things I shouldn't have done with a Ranger, which led to me getting the Grey Ghost. I am sooo glad the ranger broke down. Was out of town at the time so I scrapped it.

From what you describe it would seem that the linkage inside the top of the transmission has something out of whack and the transmission just stays in neutral.
