They are indeed '04 SD 18" rims from either a King Ranch or Lariat truck. And in my opinion they are slightly overpriced as they do have some serious corrosion issues going on where lead weights have been on the rim edge, that crap is a pain to deal with and it likes to come back even after a good cleanup. I only paid $600 for set of 18" Lariats and that included tires with 50-75% tread left, mine had some light to medium scratches but hardly any of that wheel weight corrosion.

Just a question, couldn't you almost get aftermarket wheels for near that price?

Yeah, But then you would have aftermarket wheels.................
I tend to favor the look and quality of EOM wheels on all of my rides, all of my old Chevy muscle cars ran rally wheels, my '69 Trans Am has rallys and all of our other rides have the OEM alloys. I think that my current Geo Metro is the only car I've ever owned that has aftermarket (big pimping 13"s ) rims, I'll probably keep those as the stockers in that case were 12"s and good tires in that size are hard to find.

You're be surprised at who makes some of the factory wheels. The X had Alcoa's. Beyond that, most aftermarket wheel companies also make the factory wheels!
