f-350 radio help with backup camera. only have a day to finish

Bought pops a pioneer 3600 for his 2005 350 turbo diesel. The previous owner spliced into the wires and wired everything up thru a Panasonic tv heat unit and a back up camera. So I got to the, barebones of what I needed wires from the harness and back up camera av(yellow) black and red wires. Now every diagram I've seen so far has 12 wires listed this has 15 I need to know what the extra ones are. And also how to hook up the backup camera to work no idea on the brand. I've tried to run it by hooking into the positive and negative wires for the radio and plugging into the back up camera Av I don't get a picture. But there is a reverse wire from the radio harness and then a parking brake wire where to I put these? Is it not showing anything because there not? Everything else works amazing I just need the backup and the extra 3 wires. It also has a aftermarket alarm.

I have a similar set up, Pioneer Avic 960, the reverse wire is what switches the screen to camera when you select reverse. The park brake wire should ground when park brake is applied, this is what enables video display. I have my back up camera on the truck wired to the reverse camera input, then the camera on the back of my 5er goes in to the aux AV input. The only problem I had was that the 2nd camera wouldn't display when the AV input was on camera in the settings menu, I changed it to source & it works fine.

Yes, reverse wire (radio) to appropriate wire (truck harness) energizes radio when in reverse, park wire is supposed to go to parking brake to lock out video while in motion, most by pass this. Doesn't affect rear camera if connected to reverse wire. When I had an aftermarket head unit installed in my XL, that was all in the radio area in a connector of 1 sort or another. They just used converter connectors. Nothing had to be spliced into actual harness.
