Unfortunately with our 5-on-5.5" lug pattern, really nice wheel choices are pretty limited. Custom wheel choices with this dimension lug pattern generally means parting with a large sum of cash.
The 5-on-4.5" lug pattern is a completely different story though. LOTS of wheel choices for that lug pattern. For this though, you'd have to go to a CV or MII front suspension and an Explorer, T-Bird IRS or an '80-'83 F100 9-inch rear with the 5-on-4.5" lug pattern.
Presently, I just have '92-'96 Ford F150 wheels all the way around on my '69 F100. 15" x 7.5" x 5-on-5.5".
Granted, Buford isn't a 2WD, but I do like Centerline wheels. The reason is that they're forged, not cast, aluminum, so they hold a shine longer, they don't pit as easily, and they're nearly as strong as steel rims. They make a number of different styles, but I'm not sure if they offer the lug pattern you're needing. Might be worth a look on their site to see what they have to offer. I also like them over chrome, as once chrome pits, which it will eventually, it never gets better. Just my $0.02.
