excursion front fender liner in truck?

excursion front fender liner in truck?
i think the power stroke excursion had an extra fender liner that the trucks didn't get that may help reduce some motor noise from the outside
part number is 3c7z*16102(3)*ba : for coil spring chassi
i think it covers a small area of the fender liner where u can see through to the motor and the top of the coil spring.
I'm thinking of adding this to my truck but would like to see it first and have to special order it at dealer with no returns and the pair is over $100
anyone done this mod or seen this part(s)
thanks

The 2wd Excursion ALL used coil springs.
The 4wd Exursions ALL used leaf springs.
The SD lineup changed in '05 to use COIL springs on the 4wd, but as was stated, the 4wd Excursion, continued to use leaf springs (essentially an '04 carry-over).
Yes, the front grille was updated on the '05 Excursions, but we didn't get the bigger brakes hence we still have 16" wheels too..
