I see. Mine came with 2. One is I'm guessing 60s- 72/3 gm car. And the other is uglier than sin. I'm undecided what ill use. I do have a few things hidden away I may try though.
If you keep pecking away at that thing you are gonna have it all in one piece. Keep it up.Looks like a little work sitting in those new parts packages.

Makes you understand why many end up with a complete tear down. Fiffty plus years of being a truck is hard on a pile of metal! They can be as Bill "NumberDummy", calls them, rolling piles of misery

Im stoked to see what challenges my 57 will provide me when I get it home in the spring.
I'm debating pulling the cab off, its not far from able to lift off just roll the wireing up, 4 cab bolts (granted they come out) and the steering colum/shifter.
Last night when I was checking problem areas the cab corner came off. It was about a 5 pound chunk of bondo with 2 different screen materials in it. Then a wad of rags followed that would have filled a large coffee can. But it's ok I have a welder and I know how to use it.....
I see you aren't the only one who had a leaky back window at some point! Gotta love having the base of the cab rusting out... I am tearing mine out and modding the cab a little further, I'd be interested to see how you fix em proper!
