If I recall correctly my red rig is registered for 25K and it costs me $250 every year for registration. Sounds like you're paying your fair share!

The 2011 F-350 was $460 first time.....then goes down a little each year.

I've heard that in some states, my rig would be a Commercial Truck and a whole different set of fees.......

Don't forget we have a 5% sales tax on the sale.. So a 60k vehicle would be a 3k one time fee..
We also have an excise tax every year based on the value of the vehicle which decreases
