that's great, bill. i finally got that stuck bolt out. it was actually frozen in the water pump, so i took all the other bolts out of the pump, slid a hacksaw blade in there and cut the bolt. then i had to use an extractor on the broken bolt in the block, but it came right out. i am SO happy. the water pump is pretty old so i'm going to just replace the pump and thermostat while i have it all apart. i'm going to flush the system, too.
I have been in search of some fasteners I need for the cargo hooks in the new bed and the access plate for the tailgate. The screws I have for the old plastic liner don't sit right, and the button-head torx screws are seemingly hard to find. Gonna pay Fastenal a visit on Monday (didn't get there today) and see if they have what I need. Other than that, bed's just about ready to come off and I can get in there and paint everything real good.

Morning everyone. I was supposed to go get a haircut this morning, but it's so icy that I'm not going anywhere. I've got the scanner radio app on my phone and just about every route to a main highway is shut down lol.

Howdy Steve and John.
John I postponed mine til Wednesday. I need cleaned up - starting to look like the shaggy DA or something.
Steve - yeah it has been nasty this morning. Looks like the municipality is finally getting around to salt, but it's been a mess. 52 tomorrow, then slammed back in the freezer by Monday...single digits at some point in the week too.

Yup, my garage will be fine for what I plan to do this coming week for sure, even with the cold. Got a kerosene heater from a friend of mine who is moving out of town, so that'll help a lot too.

Well with paying off these loans, and investing money, I've put off this cut, gotta get a fresh one to start the first full week of work off right.
My dad had a nice bullet heater, kicked out a lot of BTU's!

Good morning and happy Sunday everyone!
Oops, I missed stopping by here yesterday. I guess that's what happens when you're running 50 different directions at one time. lol
Have a great one and enjoy.

Good morning PA! Have a nice Sunday, popped over to the ranger forum, to try and help my buddy I work with figure out his driveshaft problems. Just need to get him interested in the site, so I don't sound like an idiot trying to explain his problems in 3rd person. Oh well! Stay warm out there! I was thinking of getting a kero heater about a year ago, so I could work out in the parking lot in the fall without taking long breaks inside.
