Finding coolant leak 1989 f150 5.0

I have tracked the leak down to the front of the engine behind the Accessory drives. It is not a hose and my water pump is pretty much brand new. I just can't think of anything that could be leaking back there. The thermostat housing looks dry. Is there anything on the passenger front side of the engine that could be leaking.

Thanks

Also, it only leaks if I drive it for a short time and then turn it off without the thermostat opening up. If I let the thermostat open up it doesn't leak. Most of my driving is short distance so there in lies the problem.

Check where intake meets head on that side , could be intake manifold gasket. Check the little hose that goes to throttle body.

Could be your "new" water pump installed wrong or the timing cover is leaking where it is installed to the block

It isn't coming from intake manifold gasket. I think it might be a freeze plug right behind the alternator but I'm not sure if the 302 has one there
