HELP ME SAVE SOME MONEY AT DEALER! HAVE WRENCH LIGHT AND SOME CODES

hi, just bought a 2008 f250 with the 6.4 and i drove it home 4 hr ride without a problem.

next day i took it in to a garage and had oil changed, transmission serviced with new filter and fluid, and had it emission tested.

second day i noticed it was low on coolant, so i topped it up with with a couple litres of regular green fluid - not the ford stuff

third day went on a long trip and about half an hour into the trip the wrench light comes on and says reduced power.

I bought a tuner for the truck and plugged it in and got a few codes:

0115 - which i found was a coolant sensor malfunction

0100
0100
0101
0100 which i believe are all mass airflow related?

i dont want to have to take it in to ford and pay them a couple hundred to tell me i need a mass air flow sensor and a coolant sensor and see if that fixes it lol

I think i need to drain the coolant now and put the proper ford stuff in. but my question is would that cause the wrench light to come on? its the only thing that i can see causing it to have come on. i checked with the garage and they did use the proper oil and the mercon trans fluid.

im hoping that the coolant code says malfunction only becuase i mixed the wrong stuff in there but im really not sure.

i cleared all the codes and they all instantly come back on when i start the truck. no check engine lights or hard codes though on the dash and when i restart the truck, the wrench light is off and it runs great down the highway for another half hour until the wrench comes back andgoes in limp mode.

thanks for any advise!

I would get or borrow an Emissions and Powertrain Control manual and diagnose from the codes. That's the most cost effective and least time consuming way to diagnose the problems. The manual will give you the correct sequence with which to check specific items. It even tells you which code to check first.
