no front side marker or parking lights 2005 SuperDUTYY
2005 Super Duty 350.
Getting ready to get my truck DOT-ed and I noticed the front amber side marker and parking lamps are not working (both in the headlight assembly). There is a fuse called "exterior lamps" that I believe these are on, the fuse is fine and all the rest of the exterior lamps on the truck work fine (all other markers, clearance lights and I.D. lamps on that same all inclusive circuit). Is there a special relay or something else I'm missing for these four front bulbs?

There is a parking light relay, it's in the vehicle security module. But, it's common to all the lights in the mirrors and a few others. This is the gizmo that blinks the lights when you hit the key fob.
All the other lights are fed from the headlight switch on a common brown wire. If you have a problem with a certain section of lights, trace the harness back from the lights and see if there is a plug loose or with a bad connection. If all the other lights are working, your problem is going to be with just that wiring leg going to those lights.
