Finally found a guy that claimed he would take the job on. It sat at his house for 2 weeks and he just called me today, saying he is gonna pass!

Mechanics aren't what they used to be!

Hal,s in Northville told me they would do mine. $600.00 plus any extras if it went wrong.. I'm still enjoying the nice sound.

 

Well, before I moved, I lived about 8 minutes away from that shop! I was at 7 and Beck.

Now I am in Canton and about 20 minutes from there.

I'm not sure if I like the "plus any extras if it went wrong" part but $600 sounds really good.

I'll give them a call.

 

Yea it's the,,,, will the head is screwed up now and the manifold is warped so it's now $4000.00 to get the truck back together that scares me.. I had them do the fuel pump last year around this time and they even charged to remove the gas from the tank. But did a good job.. If I was to have mine fixed I would have them do it.
