That's quite a fleet. Not a bad deal for a 4x4 zf5. I'd buy it if I waskt already I'm the process of blowing my 'toy fund'

Back the the gp's - what brand were they!?!? Auto-swells?

Even with 2 auto-swells in there, all mine came out easy enough for a first time replacement. The swells were more burnt than the MC ones were.

I have only had 2 tire kickers on the 95. Kinda surprised

As for the GPs. They were all Berus. But the truck was kinda neglected for the past 10 years so I don't know how long they were not working and building up carbon

That seems to be the case for mine as well. At least maintenance wise, and the PO just let it sit.

That's a hell of a problem you had Brad. I seen a tech video a few days ago about getting stuck glow plugs out. The guy in the video never tested it, but he was "99% sure it would work" because another master tech told him about it.

That for sale truck looks nice, I had to pause and admire the collection in the background on the 2nd or 3rd picture.

Thanks, but here is a better pic of the "fleet"(note the F-superduty is not in the pic)
I am waiting on the town to bitch about the 12 vehicles at my residence

I can't imagine what insurance is like for 12 vehicles!

Gotta say, good looking fleet you have there!

"only" 7 are registered for the road. But that is about $4000 a year for full coverage.

In the spring I have to sit down with an adjuster and put some under "historic" insurance and reg Most of them get less than 1000miles a year

How does "historic" insurance work? Is that like "storage status" insurance?

It is based of a set value, NOT book value. The vehicle is also NOT to be used as a daily driver. Limited number of miles per year, not to be driven at night, etc, etc

I like #4 and #5 from the left side. Also, at least here in Michigan, no one can complain about the vehicles. As long as they are on your property and not engulfing the road, and all plated they are fine.

That's how one guy near me was running a JY in his backyard for a long while. Since they were all plated the city couldn't do anything about it.
