I don't think Roy would be so energetic in the heat we've been having lately...our best weather won't start until late October or November when it may drop into the 60's!!!!

Roy does his best work when there's snow on the ground.

Check the price on the seamless gutters Roy. As I was, you may be plesssntky surprised and you don’t have to do anything but write a check. The Home Dept ones don’t save much money, and you still have all of the labor.

Box store ones are also a bit thinner.
My supplier makes them to your specified length. The only downside is that you have to buy the ends to match. Especially since I bought out the accessory inventory of a store going out of business

I had to get some work done at church that I have been putting off because of the house. Too wet yesterday and today to paint.

Roy,

In my opinion, both trim details look very nice. I would probably look to get the painting completed, windows 100% swapped, completed trim treated with clear before expanding your commitment though. Seems like you have a bit of work left and fall has arrived in the north.

Good point......
All windows and trim are completed........ Paint is the goal now. I'll add the trim mod as I finish painting in a area........

Weather today is yucky...... cold and rain.....

Roy,

First hard freeze for my state (WI) this fall is in our weather forecast for this evening. I love it, less bugs. How's the house. New fancy *** camera, thought we would see an update. Having six Saturdays in a week, sure must make getting projects completed, easier. The author of the 1 page thread may be doing some painting this weekend and I don't want you to look bad. 😁

It's coming along nicely Roy! Better finish before the snow starts falling!
