I think its 4 buildings in total with a bunch of static displays outside of the larger aircraft.

I am biased, but that museum is by far the best military aviation museum in the country. US Navy has a great one down in Pensacola, FL as well, but like Roy mentioned, you could spend a week in this museum looking around if you were by yourself.

Might habe to check the records. This could be a record distance for JGG to travel without requiring bodywork. ;-)
Stay safe and continue having a great time

Great Pics Roy. Love the Air and Space Museums.

We're members of the Evergreen Air & Space Museum where Howard Hughes Spruce Goose now resides.

Thanks for the pics of the A&SM. Love going through those places.

As a kid the X3 Stiletto was my favorite.

Great pics, Roy!
That Messerschmidt Me-262 looks positively venomous, good thing Uncle Adolf got his way and delayed the project, it would have been a different history if they had them operational in 42' and filled the skies with them.

We had breakfast and a great visit with Rick & Patty in Peoria IL this morning...

Then on the road for Tim & Sue's farm near Lost Nation Iowa.
We are here for two nights.......

Tim is a great help......we got 3/4 of the Montana scrubbed...............Tomorrow we'll do the nose and be done......
Then some waxing.......
