Talked the the Prospective buyer (Sally) for the Raptor....
She wants the trailer.......Waiting to close on the piece of land on Holter Lake to close. Needs to be sure she has the property first. I didn't realize that at first. I thought she already had closed on the sale.
Now I wait unless another buyer hands me money.
