The circus is over.......... The trial of Theresa's Ex-Dad is over
The jury started deliberation at 1530.. Had a verdict 2 hours later...... Guilty ........
He is in Jail..... the sentencing hearing will happen in about six weeks...... It won't be pretty.
WE are headed to Glacier NP Saturday morning for 4 days.........

Nov 2012 Theresa's dad, David, had Theresa for a visit for the day....... he molested her. went to trial June 2014... convicted, went to prison. Montana supreme court tossed out the conviction. He was released. went back to trial Monday of this week. Guilty verdict again. In jail now..... sentencing will be in about 6 weeks.......

man oh man oh man....that deserves a death sentence. I am really encouraged when I hear these kinds of stories where another good-hearted and very honorable adult steps up. My hat is off to you in spades my friend. She is in good hands.

About 40 years ago I heard a couple of guys talking about punishment for a rapist. One said they should take the rapist to an old shack, nail his "privates" to the floor, give him a dull rusty knife, and set the shack on fire. Then tell him he has a choice, cut them off and live, or keep them and die. Seems like fitting punishment in this case! X2 on the honorable adult!

My problem with just nailing their junk to floor is the kinds of creeps also use their hands.
