got a little hard start after fuel bowl repair.

recently did a fuel bowl o-ring replace due to fuel leak at drain dog bone looking thing on back.

Got the mil spec o-ring for drain valve and replaced all o-rings and replace fuel line rubber seals on fuel lines.

I did the key on thing several times, once with drain valve open for several seconds, to purge air, and after getting started shut it down.. I took truck out saturday for several errands and the spin over time was a bit longer than normal.. Thought it might be a bit of air still so when in interstate i came off exit ramp onto road and mashed the gas for a bit. no miss or anything else that indicated air so when we got to store i shut off.

coming out and starting again took longer to catch. could there be more air in system i am not getting out.. drive time was only like 15 mins or so at 1800 rpm in OD. This was one of several stop on sat and each time it took longer to catch.

any suggestions. ??

It's not air in the system if you cycled the key on for 20 seconds several times. Doesn't sound like it's related to the fuel at all.

How's your oil level?
