I am planning on installing 4.9 injected exh manifolds with my offenhauser intake on my 77" I-6.Will this work. Also I would like to install a 94' 250 front end in my 77' . Will this fit my spring lay out ???

"But you will have a hard time finding a 60 with the 32.5" spring spacing, it'll have to be from a dentside. The '86+axles are spaced at 36", but are more common."
I do not think the 94 F250 axle will bolt tight up due to the distance of the spring pads on it? Versus the width of your 77. Tape measure time, for sure.

If I understand your first question correctly, you can install the efi manifolds on your I6. Here is is photo of my 78 I6 with this mod.
And make sure the outlet of each manifold actually merges to form a Y...
There was someone in here running EFI manifolds whose down pipe merged like a T which probably negated any gains by the swap. Remember, air flows like water so the less turbulence the better... air and water don't respond very well by having to make a 90° turn.
