Hey guys, I have found a '94 F-250 Reg cab, long bed 4x4 with the 7.3L with 109000 miles. They are askin 4999 and I am just wondering if there is any common problems and such with these engines/trucks. Also what kind of numbers are these engines puttin out? I'm not sure if its an auto or manual yet, but if its an auto with the tranny hold up to this power and maybe some added ponies and ft lbs? Thanks, and feel free to give any more advice if you have any!

hey dude don't worry about anything but it being turbo or not! If it is pre-powerstroke it is typically not, therefore the exhaust wasn't completely moved out of the engine, so build up occurs. You might want to ask about the maintenance but at 109,000 miles for 10 years old is nothing. I know a guy who has a 97 250 same engine as this one you are looking at possibly, that has 672,000 miles so go for it bud.
