2015 Deals

I included this with another post, however though I would start a new thread on this topic. Been reading some post on what folks are paying for these trucks and I'm blown away. How are folks getting 13k and 14k off MSRP? Good friend of mine is a GM for a huge Ford dealer and there is no way I can get close to this kind of discount.

Example: MSRP $67,000
X Plan $62,000
Rebate $3,000
Ford credit $1,000
Total $9,000 off

That's $58,000 + TTL.

Not sure how you can get to $14k unless you get the employee A&Z?

How can I get this Great deal?

OK, for that price maybe I won't wait till the 16's come out.

Where did you buy it?
What did you buy and what was the build date compared to the sale date?

I'd love to know how some of you guys are getting so much off MSRP too!
I ordered my truck from a family friend and I don't see how they could do any better on the deal without losing money, here are the numbers for my deal:

2015 F350 CCSB 4x4. (special order)
MSRP $65,570
Invoice: $60,358
Rebate: -$3,000
Ford Credit -$1,000
dealer holdback -$1,000
competitve bonus -$1,000
($11,212 off MSRP)

I also have a $750 private cash offer from Ford, but I'm pretty sure it can't be stacked with the competitive lease bonus rebate. I'll find out for sure when my truck comes in this week.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. This is more realistic than what others are claiming. My dealer is a good friend of mine and would get me the best possible deal available.

13k off is average here in Virginia. Thinking of buying a 2015 in a few weeks. Just hesitant with the new model out shortly with aluminum body.

From what I'm seeing, earliest aluminum bodies SD's will be 2016 as a MY 2017 truck. It still a way out and I'd be hesitant to buy the first year of any newly re-designed truck so I'll be waiting until 2017 or 2017.5 to pick up a new SD with an aluminum body...and hopefully a Megacab type cab.

I wouldn't hold my breath for a SD with aluminum body. I think the F150 aluminum body is going to be a huge failure. Ford is taking a huge risk and when buyers figure out that body shops are not equipped to deal with aluminum panels, I think Ford is in for a rude awakening.

The deal I am being offered (over the phone) is pretty crazy and I do not think I can pass it up.

I will be visiting the dealer this Friday and if they hold true to their word I will make the deal. I will also post up my details but I am looking at $14k off MSRP and they are offering me pay off on my 2012!

Update…My dealer found the truck I want 45 miles away. Dealer told me that if I ordered one, they would give me another $1,000 of their hold back towards the deal. Sounds crazy, but a Grand is a Grand! I'll order and wait.

$69,700 was my msrp and paid $59200, That was going thru the Costco auto program, black Friday and Ford financing discounts. No haggling and get a $200 50% off discount on parts at the selling dealer.

I wonder when you see dealers advertising 13,000 off sticker if that applies to everyone or if they have every incentive and rebate factored in, but may not apply to all. That's a great marketing ploy.

every incentive added in.. usually there is fine print text that documents the collection of components in the price reduction.
