tire pressure for towing

I have a 2013 f-150, crew cab, 6.5' box, four wheel drive, payload and towing package.

I just got out my snow tires. They're LT rated for 3195 pounds at 80 PSI.

What is the right tire pressure for daily driving and frequent towing. The trailer is a 16' bumper pull cargo trailer. It weighs about 2000 pounds and I use it 1-2 times a week. Usually small loads like a bike, riding mower or a few pieces of furniture.

Max GVWR is 6000 pounds and the odd time I need to move a load that big I can increase the tire pressure for that occasion.

I keep the trailer tires inflated at maximum pressure.

I'd run at least 45 if not 50 and see how it handles and go from there.
