Carburetor advice for a 1960 223 I6?

I recently bought a 1960 F100 and am trying to get the engine running. I'm replacing the oil, spark plugs, etc, but my biggest problem is the Carburetor. I have the stock one that came with the engine but it needs to be rebuilt. Only problem I've found (Aside from identifying it... it has no labels and only has the FoMoCo stamp on it) is that the supposed rebuild kit is over 120 bucks... which doesn't seem right when I see others are like 20 bucks.

Am I wrong? Is a rebuilt kit for the stock carburetor on a 223 I6 usually that much?

Are they other carburetors I should consider buying instead? Any suggestions would be a great help.

Thanks!

Edit: Something I've never seen before was an oil bath air filter.. and this truck came with it! I just thought was cool.

If original, your engine has a Load-O-Matic distributor it must be mated to the correct carb to function properly. Tomco Holley 1BBL Carburetor 1-78 | O'Reilly Auto Parts (oreillyauto.com)
If you don't have a shop manual, you should pick one up. E-bay or re-pop parts sellers have them.
If you want a kit, try this place, Mike's Carburetor Parts (carburetor-parts.com)

One thing. If your carburetor has the glass bowl don't let it get away. Last look they weren't reproduced.
