Depending on the dyno the numbers can fluctuate. I would say 475 give or take 50 either way lol
It is such a crap shoot IMO
I'm going to have mine so I have a before. It is a loaded type so how it is loaded can greatly affect output readings. I have had a dozen cars on this exact dyno so I have an idea of how it samples..that and 75cents will maybe get you a soda in places.

Well I am definitely going to follow this build, seems interesting already including the mods you already have pre-build. That 400 turbo is a monster! Can't wait to see it fabricated in place.
I do have a rookie question though: what are these sticks you guys keep mentioning?

Glenn, that is still impressive. I still get in awe at what these truck will do. I got a bunch of Chevy guys up here that like to talk smack, and I tell them that while yes they do have more power, it isn't any good if it isnt reliable power. And these engines have definatly proven to be reilable.
Yay for Sticks! lol

Thomas, I've been in awe with these trucks now for ten years towing heavy. Most every time I top a hill, I look back to see if there is a crank or piston laying on the side of the road, LOL!
Aaron, all I know about the dyno downtown from me is that its a loaded dyno and he can only read hp, boost and torque. Its a $150 for an hour and he said 1/2 hour to set up. I'm hoping there is enough time to get some numbers on my chip, then switch Tony's chip in for a run. I have no idea how long a run takes but for a 1/2 hour I would think more then three that I've heard about, IDK.

Sweet Glenn!! I'm curious for you,I know you have waited plenty long.the run is quick.just depends on how the operator operates really.since no tuning just sampling it will go fairly fast I would say. Maybe have the trim and parking brake only one loose bolt for fast access he he.

Good for you Glenn! I'm excited for you to finally get on a dyno. I know you been wanting to do this for a long time. Since our mods are about the same, your dyno run may even give me an idea about what I am making. I'm guess 480 HP, or more. Gabe put down 553 HP at RRE last year and the only difference in his set up and ours is his 238/100 hybrids. I would think we have to be close to 500.
