diy kit in the works...I cant afford the irate kit. It would prevent me from doing this.Time wise would be nice but it would take me 2-3 more years for that cash.
I might throw the heads back up on the mock up engine tomorrow after I get back from my dads. just eyeball how this is going to be shoehorned in..

Thats what she said...... Wait. What. I was wondering if you were gonna use your sd motor to help mock up. Are you gonna tunnel for a large down pipe wile you are making room for that turbo?

That's pretty funny Gabe! LOL 4" DP? I would love to fit one into mine but being a 2wd I don't think it would be worth the trouble.

I'm going to just hook to my 3" I have.I will do a v-band behind the head.then there will be an easily removed section between the rear and turbo outlet.
Travis is convinced 3" will be fine so I am going to listen to him. IF later it needs changed then that will be just that.later.I am really excited about how this combo pulls the camper to rre !!!

I'm just guessing here but an older Holiday Rambler I would guess is heavy because they are well made.

I weighed it when I took it down to him, according to the cat scale it's about 5500lbs. Total gross weight came in at about 13500. But that was with a bunch of crap in the truck. Lol

All of the box framing is aluminum tubing. The only wood is floor and paneling inside etc.

I just want to make as much preplanning as I can.I know when I am in wva and eastern tn I will need more than stock lol
I wouldn't have done the 400 series turbo but the stix I got Travis thought a waste gate was a good idea on a 300 so I stepped the turbo up to match better with the stix.

Yeah I agree for sure. I would have had a hard time going up those hills we were going up on the way to RRE. Plus Todd's lead foot, I would have been in the dust. I was having a hard enough time keeping up and all I had was a 6ft pop up. lol. Even got the EGT's up a few times, pry on acct of the bad pipes.
