Bypassing front fuel tank on a 89 f150

I have an 89 f150. Has problems running on the front fuel tank. Id like to just bypass it and run on the rear only. Wats the simplest way to accomplish this? Thanks

Push the fuel selector to the rear tank and do not put any fuel in the front tank and drive it that way.
