Adding Heated Mirrors with Signals

I just bought a 2001 F250 XLT and it came with the standard power paddle mirrors. I would love to add the towing mirrors (preferably heated with signals), but what I am wondering is if the connectors for the mirrors are the same. Also would my truck that came with the standard paddle mirrors be wired for turn signals and heated options? How would I test for this? Also do all XLT's come prewired for the hardwire keyless entry pad if they have keyless entry? Thanks in advance!

Your truck isn't prewired for the lighted mirrors but here is how to do it.
TheDieselStop.Com - www.thedieselstop.com
As for the keyless entry if you have the keypad on the door I would think you should have it if you have the manual there is a section that tells you how to enter promgraming mode for the remotes if you can enter that you have it,you have to turn the key back and forth like 8 times to enter program mode don't remember the exact sequence but it's in the book. If you don't have the book book you can get it online. Try justgivemethedamnmanual.com
