I tried to find an 87-91 tailgate with the FORD stamped into it, but could not find any nice ones up here in the rust belt. So when the body shop said they might know a guy that has a perfect one between 92-96 I had to take it.

Even here out west they are hard to find, being they mostly came on work trucks, they got beat.

That is the funnest part about owning so many trucks each one has something different. LOL

We have 3 trucks with the tailgate panel (brothers truck and dad's truck) and only one with the ford letters (mine). The rest have flatbeds/utility beds.

That's true. It seems like most of these trucks have been abused pretty bad over the years. And the tailgate's are always the worst.

So, what lights do have mounted in the bumper there? I'm looking at putting some in the same spot. Driving or off road type and not fog lights. Thanks.

The lights in the bumper are just a cheap set from Autozone. They don't offer much visibility at all.
I plan on installing a set of Hella 550's at some point after the body work.

I've just been using bondo for the past 4 years just to get through inspection until I could afford to really get it fixed.

This is the main reason I'm getting all this work done

Rear Driver's Side

Rear Passenger Side

Front Right Fender

LED's look very good in the bumper like that. Buddy of mine with a 95 did that.

The bed and fenders are now primed and just waiting for paint. Once it's painted we should be able to get over to the shop and take the old bed off and start cleaning up the frame for POR-15.

Primmed and ready for paint

Power washed and knocked all of the loose rust off the frame yesterday. And found a few other parts that need to be changed.

So now on the list is:

Both fuel filler necks
Rad support
RR spring hanger
Passenger side door
Wiper cowl
