OBD PO 1211 please help

how does the truck run?
P1211 is ICP reading is not as expected.
It's common for the ICP sensor to fail on these trucks which usually results in oil seeping into the electrical harness connector. However, that usually throws a P1212 code. You have 1211 so check the wiring harness connector at the IPR valve. Pull back the split loom insulation and inspect the wiring from the connector back 3-4 inches if possible.
Also check the tin nut on the back of the IPR valve. That thing can fall off and cause a P1211 code. Usually if it falls off it can be found on top of the engine down in the valley.
Good luck.

Your chip can make all of that happen. If you've been happy, drive on. If you want to do something about it, that's a longer discussion - and it likely involves a Buck$Zooka blast.
If you lose the ability to get up to highway speeds or some other symptom you're not used to, more troubleshooting may be needed.
