Were do you hook up an oil pressure gauge, battery gauge, and boost gauge on an 04 f250? My truck has an oil gauge in the dash but I don't trust it because it doesn't have numbers just a line also on the 04 there isn't a boost gauge or a battery gauge.

 

I will start you off with the oil pressure question. You can buy a billet oil filter cap (Easy) or you can use the low pressure oil port on the front cover. For the boost you can T into the map line or tap into the elbow with your own fitting.
