I have converted both of my fuel tanks. Various reasons including not having to crank the engine for eternity waiting for the mechanical pump to pull fuel all the way from the tank. No more vapor-lock. And it uses the extra three wires on my tank selector switch.
My cost was less than $70 and it took about a day for both tanks.
