Well, this is just sad.

Saw this on another message board this morning:

That's a terrible end for such a nice truck.

We really have to wonder what makes some people function. Sad that they exist.

Probably the work of our wonderfully disrespectful, over-privileged, under-parented youth of today...it was probably "not their fault" they did it either

I came on here to post these pictures. I guess you beat me to it. I was heartbroken and it isn't even my truck.

I hope they catch that scum! That is tragic, it was a beautiful truck that took a lot of effort to get to that shape.

In case the link becomes broken.

The gist of it is; the truck was stolen, wrecked, and burned. Yes, this is the same truck.

I'd love to see 10,000 car/truck fanatics pack the courtroom when the scum that did this come up on charges, to let the judge and prosecutor know this better not be pleaded down to a light sentence, and to show the poor guy whose truck it was some emotional support. This may not be murder but it's just as troubling.

One of the responses on the website was perfect. "These people need to be found and thrown off a cliff and then set on fire".

One of the comments at the site mentioned that "this looks personal", maybe they are correct. Kids do stupid stuff without much prompting, for sure, but this does look a little extra psychotic for just a "random" crime.

Corrected. And I used to write.

It does look personal. Most "joy rides" end with the car dumped in a ditch or empty lot somewhere. Not wrecked and burned.
