Very nice choice. I wanted to do a similar two-tone on my truck but since I did my own painting I figured I find a way to screw it up so just one color. You must be tickled.

Thanks guys! I was told the pictures don't do it justice so I am super excited to see it in person. As of right now, my plan is to go pick it up on March 9th depending on the road conditions that day.

hickory, I love your paint job! You did a fantastic job and because of yours, I was initially planning to also paint mine myself, but life kept getting in the way and I was making progress a lot slower than I wanted to so I changed my plans. I am glad I did though because I am positive I would not have done as good a job and it would've taken 10x longer.

The reassembly process has began!! The bed is back on, and the glass is back in the doors. The new rear window is in. Next up is the hood and the interior has to go back together

Ben your truck looks fantastic. You should be proud. Looking forward to seeing you driving that beautiful machine under its own power.

Wow thank you everyone for the kind words!! It means a lot to me. I look forward to sharing more progress with you all as it happens

The plan is to pick up the truck this Saturday, but the forecast is saying snow so we will see. I do not want to haul it through the snow/slush/salt, so if that is the case, the date may be pushed back until the conditions are better.

Just read the build thread from start until today! Not many people stay with a truck project to this extent for so long so great job in that. Nice to see you didn’t cut corners and watch your hard work go down the drain in a few years. Looks like you’re about the same step I am right now with mine! Still have the bed and tailgate to paint but it’s ready to go when my painter has an opening. Great job on the truck, those two tones sure are sharp. Keep us updated when you bring her home 🤙🏼

Thanks man. It has been a journey, that's for sure. I have learned so much along the way. If it wasn't for all the motivation and knowledge that I received from everyone on FTE, this build would not be where it is today. So, thanks to everyone here for all your help and encouragement!
