Well we could move down south to Hanger Inn at Thun Field.
Nice little place. The Hangar Inn | Great Food ? Great View

No trucks on the menu there.

Or the normal at Jimmy Macs in Renton.

I would if the weather held out and it all was complete before dark..... (way too scary to fly in the dark.........AND, there's no lights here!)

Too bad it won't fit. But one of the BIG Birds with it's own light
would do the job and then sink up to the fuselage on the soft runway.

Checked out the Thun Field idea, not bad. They don't have an online menu, any info on the food selection? I don't know if there are any northern folks that planned to make it. It's about a 25 minute drive from me, almost the same as JM.

EDIT: scratch that, I found one. A nice selection of burgers.

 

It's a nice dinner and the food is good.
With a view of the runway and all the parked aircraft.
Lost of parking for cars and trucks.

7th or 8th then there is 14th or 15th.

I'd be ok with either the 7th or 8th is fine by me. Gives everyone a week to decide if they would like to go, or if they can make it. I think I get paid right before then as well

Only have a 1 landing light and this place is a really black hole in the dark!


The restaurant is not only pretty nice, they have a nice selection of sandwiches, burgers, and is fairly cheep!

 

I like cheap! If everyone is down to go, it sounds like a good deal.

 

So Friday is almost here.
