I have found on the various forums that i belong to that many people are quick to get on and bash a product when they have problems. I have a BMW 328i that is wearing me out but rather get on and bash it, i try to keep to the facts and situations so that others can resolve their problems from my posts. This truck had been a treat but even my 6.0 was painless until the egr cooler died.
I still haven't changed the front shocks as it rides great with my trailer on the back and the big tires on. But they will be changed out eventually. i was looking at the rudys set up for the cold air system but until this week, never had any issue at all.
i usually run the stock or tow tune that is loaded in my sct and only change it when i change my tires in the spring and fall. i dont run the truck hard but i do like to run down the road pretty fast when traveling.

Glad you are loving the truck. Since I had all the trouble with mine, which was chasing down a bad turbo for month s and going into regen every 80-100 miles due to a blocked cooler core, I haven't looked back after deleting either. The Bilstein 4600 on my truck made a world of difference as far as ride and handling. Although I kind of had to have new ones after blowing out the right front on an Indiana interstate by hitting a pothole.

Truck only has a little under 700 miles on it.
No regens yet
most driving so far on i 35 w from Burleson to North ft work just off 287 for my job. 30 miles one way with some city driving...
You say you went 505 miles with no regen. I'm surprised because I understand the computer regens at 500 miles if no regen has taken place. Remember to look in book to see the miles that you can tow/haul at. Good luck.

Wow. What a great thread. Lots of good stuff here. I hear good things about the Bilsteins, both the 4600s and the 5100s.

I'm going to have to go back and read this whole thing. I'm researching now for a delete but have no plans on it until I run into problems. Looking at a modest tow tune if and when. Thanks for posting up, guys.
