2 or 3 valve

I am about to buy a motorhome possibly on a F53 chassis. It could be a 2005, 2006 or 2007.Question. Is
there a quick way to tell by looking at the motor or head sticker if it is a 2 or 3 valve362 hp engine. Thanks

I believe the 2V has plastic valve covers while the 3V has aluminum valve covers. I thought the F53 got the 2V for quite a bit longer than the SD, but can't remember the exact years of the change over.

I believe you will be getting a 2valve. The 2 valve has black (fiberglass) valve covers and the 3 valve has aluminum valve covers (as stated above).
