misfire codes 3.0 ranger edge

Hi folks I'm new here so bare with me I am currently chasing misfire codes that started out on cylinder 5 p0305 was the first code I replaced spark plugs and wires about 200 miles the code returned checked coil with meter it was barley in spec. I have replaced coil same code only difference was a hard start cold or hot replaced injectors now hard start is fixed but logging codes for right bank is to rich and p0300 304 305 and 306 also performed compression test on right bank and readings are 155 155 and 160 thanks for any help

Good idea to have posted the misfire trouble code Numbers, as they can yield good trouble shooting clues, so post up any other code Numbers you have, including the Rich code number.
How did the old plugs deposit loading read/look, especially on the cys you have trouble codes for????
The P0155 code says that the computer is unhappy with the drivers side/cyl bank-2 upstream/before cat converter O2 sensor-1 heater circuit. If that's not working, the O2 sensor will be slow to heat up after a cold start & slow to come online. Look in the owner manual to see if it has O2 sensor heater circuit fuses & check to see if its blown, or the heater wire is open circuit, or the O2 sensor electrical connector or its contact is faulty, if all that checks out, suspect the O2 sensor. EDIT: If both cyl bank upstream/#1 O2 sensors have more than 75K miles on them, its time to replace Both at the same time, to keep both O2 sensors switching range & speed & fuel trim in tune for both cyl banks.

The P0160 is for bank-2 down stream/after cat converter O2 sensor, no activity/isn't switching, so the O2 sensor, its wiring, or electrical connector are suspect. This sensor reports to the computer on how well the bank-2/drivers side cat converter is doing.
How many miles on this 05 3.0L, is it a "flex fuel" model & up to date on All other scheduled maintenance items, like filters????

Thanks for that info on the o2 sensors I have 116000 miles on the 3.0 and it is not flex fuel to the best of my knowledge I will have to pull the codes again but the code it gave for rich bank was for the right bank I just failed to jot it down because it was a new code and I thought it might be a hiccup from the pm with the new injectors also it smoothes out in upper rim but rough idle and mpg has dropped way off

When you say the "right bank", do you mean the passenger, or drivers side cyl bank?
Bank 1 = passenger side, Bank-2 = drivers side.
The upstream #1/before cat converter O2 sensors are responsible for reporting the amount of O2 in the exhaust, so the computer heavily relies on this feedback to control fuel injector squirt time/fuel trim for that particular cyl bank, thus if the up stream O2 sensor is producing a corrupt PID output/feedback, the computer can get confused & have the fuel injectors squirt time mess up fuel trim on all fuel injectors for that cyl bank, all a vicious circle.
How did the spark plugs deposit loading for that cyl bank look???? Were they dark sooty looking inside??? If so, the new plugs are being fouled, so you need to get the problem put right before the new plugs get messed up.
