Which model vintage air unit did you use? I have checked the website and I could not find a listing for our model year trucks. 73-79

1killerz love the work you have been doing and the sharing.
Thank you. Definitely a labor of love...or insanity.

Welcome to FTE. Love the CC truck, including the color combo. The members on this site are beyond knowledgeable, so any questions you have, definitely someone here on this site will be able to help you with the answers.

in case anyone was wondering about the pulley system on my 429. I used the semi serpentine system off late 80s EFI 460. Worked perfect with the exception of clearance for steering gear box.. I had to notch the cast aluminum brkt.

AC/heater controls that I have

Kinda hard to see but this is my bulkhead setup that all the AC/heater hoses go through. Originally heater fan location

Did you have to build the heater/ac control switch surround panel to fit/replace the factory gap? Or did they provide the surround?

Busy weekend for sure.
I found a M101 military trailer, locally, and correctly priced. Problem, I'm running out of space again and do not need to **** off the township again (or do I?)

Problem solved.
Sold the 1967 MGB I just picked up to my buddy, grabbed the m101 and put it in the garage spot where the MGB was.

Also brought Eleanor home from my buddy's pole barn (same guy who bought the MGB) now that the weather is nice. No pictures yet of the trailer, but it will be my next project after Eleanor's done (and will be used behind Eleanor for our many adventures to come.

With Eleanor home, I can do some late night summer wrenching from the comfort of my own home.

Cool deal on the trailer & glad you got it figured out. I have a hard time parting with projects - even ones I haven't started, but I guess the lour of an even cooler project can get things done!

Best part is, he's my friend. So I know we will be making some beer runs in it once its done. Plus, he has no projects, so now he can relate to maniacal rantings when working on my war pig.

I agree with the difficulty of parting with projects.. I bought a flatbed trailer so I could bring my 76 highboy up North with me... I really didn't want to get rid of it haha!

The future wife was totally on board with keeping the truck so I guess I found a keeper.
