2005 f250 4wd clunk

I have a 2005 f250 that has a wander and a clunk what feels like under the drivers seat. The driver side bushing in the radius arm has no dirt and looks like wear on it compared to the passenger side which is completely covered in dirt. My question is has anyone seen this bushing wear out and if so will it cause wander and a clunk. Is it hard to replace?

Wander and a clunk...what causes the clunk? Does braking affect it?

Cab mounts are a common cause of clunking when turning as well.

No just driving down the road sounds like sway bar links but they appear to be good. I did just replace the right outer tie rod and have not had it aligned again but it wandered all over before that. Would like to fix that before I align it.
