Fuel Lines/ Tank Sending unit

I am in the final stages of my build and I am searching for factory fuel lines from the sending unit to the pump. As well as a sending unit for the tank.

If I cannot find factory fuel lines what size is recommended 3/8" or 5/8"?

3/8" for supply and 5/16" for return is fine. 5/8" would be the same size as your heater hoses

Thank you I may end up doing that running rubber and double clamping the lines.

On the suction side of the pump in particular, it's really better to do it that way anyhow. The o-rings on the quick connect fittings are prone to letting air in if there's any restriction. They perform much better under pressure than they do under a vacuum.

Now just have to find a sending unit for my tank. Only ones I can find new are ridiculously expensize. Trying to source a decent used one isn't going to well. And I need to replace the fill neck with the diesel one.
