Can any of the Ford gas creat motors be installed in an '05 f250 that now has the 5.4l gas motor in?

 

Sure.

Now installing one and having it work is another story.

What are you trying to do? Is your 5.4 worn out? Replace it with an identical engine. Ford will offer reman'd engines methinks.

Are you trying to do some kind of repower, upgrade, hot rod? Rethink it, and see above.
