So I'm about to replace one of the cams on my 07 F150. I'm needing to get the damper turned so the timing mark is at the 1 o'clock position, problem is, I can't find the mark. I know it should be visible when 1 of the 3 spokes is at 12 o'clock. Anybody got a picture, not a drawing, of it? I need to get the ball rolling, need the truck done by Sunday.

 

I've seen some you tube videos that show this. Might be worth a try.

The R is for the passenger side chain and there is an L on the other side for the driver side chain.
