What You See Is What You Get . Originally coined as a computer term but applies well to unmolested vehicles.

You guys in Montana have such nice iron out there! When I was out that way on our trip to Yellowstone, I was amazed at how well this old stuff sitting out in fields managed to survive, especially compared to my normal searching area of MN. Most of what stayed out in fields is all rotted out and the owners think they're worth twice what they are.

Lord help us not be envious of those who have nicer parts trucks than the trucks we're trying to beat into shape.

Sorry guys, it wasn't my intention to "one up" anybody.......The bigger trucks around here seemed to survive better than the pickups. Less use and abuse I suppose.

Josh, that F-3 looks pretty good!

No one-upmanship implied. That's a great find and I'm glad the environment is less brutal in some areas to preserve these trucks! It will surely provide some good and much needed parts for others and those of us here in the east and certainly in the northeast NEED you guys out there to find these parts sources!

I might be needing some of your parts. I've yet to start on my '52 F6 project near Spokane but will do so soon. I travel to Hungry Horse fairly often so we can save shipping when I stop by.

Great find.

Not feeling one upped, just amazed that just a few states over, (I'm from MN,) that what seemed like a similar climate when I was there, was able to maintain old vehicles significantly better.
